The journey

Day 4:

Delhi to Jaipur

After breakfast we travelled by coach to Jaipur. It was a very interesting road trip. I was entertained by Indian driving. That is they pass on the right and on the left, there are no slow/fast lanes, incredibly hair raising on part of the motorway that had 16 lanes. The drivers must honk when they are over taking or want you to let them in, there was a lot of honking!!
Professional beggars were found at most traffic lights and toll booths. Cows were lazily grazing on the central reservation totally oblivious to the traffic thundering by. I was glad to get to out beautiful hotel LaLit Jaipur, my base for the next 3 nights.
