Night photography workshop

Had a welcome respite from worrying about my dad tonight - went down to the Hepworth Gallery with GMTFar for a night photography workshop run by Hannah Webster, who makes me feel old but is lovely!

It was bitterly cold and by the end of the evening I couldn't feel my fingers but I managed to relax a bit and concentrate on my camera, with mixed results. I did learn a lot though and must make sure I keep practising, tripod n'all!

This was taken using manual focus - and before anybody gets clever and tells me the figures are blurry - they are supposed to be!!
