Morning

Today husband and I headed to Kirriemuir with the trailer to help clear out husbands grans house there that has been sold. She lives in New Zealand so it was up to us and husbands dad. We were under the impression it was mainly furniture but were a little surprised to find a lot more than just furniture!! We had a red cross van coming at 2pm to pick up all the stuff they would take to sell. So a lot of sorting and organising in the morning and then rubbish in trailer and good stuff in red cross van. Then trailer to dump to dispose of everything and then back home. I appear to have collected a few items too!! Including 2 bicycles, a nice set of nesting tables, a bedside cabinet for our spare room, 3 pictures and a host of kitchen stuff that is in better condition than my kitchen stuff so will replace them! We timed it perfectly to hit Aberdeen in rush hour both ways!! Both totally exhausted after a frantic busy day. However we managed to completely empty the house which is great. There were some very old things. Including in the garage a nearly full box of tennents special dated 2004 the cans were rusty!
