Afternoon tea

Today I had two WI related activities....my bookclub reviewed our latest book this afternoon, and we had our monthly WI meeting tonight.
We had read Gallows Thief by Bernard Cornwall. Quite a different choice. We hadn’t read any historical fiction before. It got quite a mixed review, but generally positive.
At the WI meeting we had our AGM and a bring and buy sale. I managed to avoid spending any money. Lots of cake was eaten :-)
