Lines and Shapes
What a dark, dull, wet miserable day :-((
L and I headed to the Kelvingrove Art Galleries to see the 'Brushes with War; Art from the Front Line 14-18' exhibition. There are over 200 wonderful paintings and drawings by serving soldiers who fought in the Great War. Many of the art works showing wonderful detail were about postcard size.
We had a spot of lunch and then a bit of a wander through some of the other galleries. This rather unusual window, well the top half of it to be exact, is at the top of one of the rather grand stone staircases.
