LAST DAY...

...at Cardiac Rehab. I’ve decided to call it a day. I’ve been going for way longer than the 12 weeks I was supposed to go, so I decided to free up space for new people coming along, and it has been getting very busy recently. It’s a great setup, getting post op cardiac patients back on their feet again. Two people I spoke to today told me how good it was to speak to someone who has experienced the same problems. I will miss my regular Monday and Wednesday morning sessions, but I feel it’s the right thing to do.
