antioxidants

I'm determined I'm not going to get the cold despite all the sniffling around me. So I'm building up my defenses. Green teas got lots of antioxidants.

Unfortunately it tastes like fag ash.

You may wonder how I know this. Well, when I was little and on holiday, my favourite snack wasn't ice cream, but cigarette ends I picked up off the beach and ate. Yum.

It's might grow on me...
