Another mystery pic

Hope you can guess this one. Been at hospital today so forgot to get a daylight blip.....again. Anyway bit of none news from the medic. He was very good and helpful but any option has its drawbacks. Anyway my kidney function has improved for now so we are leaving it as it is and hope the kidney function stays good. Relieved for now.
