Walked through Manesty Woods at Derwent Water today.  There were lots of people with tripods in the woods!  Then walked by the lake and if I'd worn wellies I could have waded through the flooded footpath!  It was quite deep.  Then walked along Catbells Terrace to the car.  Still lots of lovely colour around, especially the Larches.
