Yes waiting for his/ her courage to get down to the table which as you see was managed !
I've spent quite a lot of time in the garden today ---- sweeping leaves/ trimming plants/ pruning and generally making a start on the winter clearing . I must say tho' I was out for quite a while there's still loads to do. As for leaves -- it's like the Forth Bridge no sooner had I swept and bagged them there was another covering to be collected.
It certainly has been a lovely day , chilly but dry and bright .

Grateful ..... to have been able to clear up a little.
