Day 2: Delhi. Sunshine and smog

Virgin Atlantic here we come. Free drinks, fabulous in flight entertainment from Vera, ( Deadpool2 for me, but there were 100’s of decent films to choose from). You could follow the sky map of the plane on your personal touch screen- my dad would have liked that. Dinner to die for, superb flight attendants. A brand new B787 Dreamliner to travel in, don’t worry it’s not it’s Maiden flight. Note to self: do not book seats too near the loos next time!

We arrived in Delhi at lunchtime and are 5.5 hours ahead of the UK. The first couple of Indian evening’s will be spent at The Le Meridien, New Delhi. Very big and quite posh.
