I don't put up my christmas decorations until after the 12 December. But Yoda seems to have escaped the decorations box to bring you this early Christmas message!

I've had a busy day today. Been in hospital all day conducting one of the first adverse events reviews of NHS boards in Scotland (you may have seen the BBC programme on patient harm on Monday night about it). I'm a little frazzled tonight as you can tell!
