cherry scone day

Today Mum would have turned 66 so I baked cherry scones in her honour. She loved them so. Today I really wish I could show her the children and feed her scones and a glass of white wine.

A busy day of church stuff and visitors to feed, frenzied feeding of children when I realised how late the lovely visitors had stayed, rainbows, shopping, a brief torch walk to the dark park and hosing down children.
