A long drive to Victoria on Vancouver Island.
Bags dumped in the largest hotel room I've ever been in..

A mad dash to the pier and almost begging to get on the boat, please!°

And there they were, the humped back, the sealions, the bald eagle and the family of Orcas!

I was delighted and consumed by them. I didn't notice the people taking constant photographs. I had decided to leave my camera in the hotel, this sight needed committed to memory.

A crew member took this phone picture after a failed selfie.

'What are you doing with your hands?' He asked
'Holding the binoculars' I said

But he has the binoculars round his neck. My look and hands are the pure unadulterated delight and excitement.

I may look like a tube but I'm a very happy tube.
