Pride

Today sis and I accompanied my uncle to the cenotaph across form where he worships. It was to be a proud day for everyone concerned, proud for my uncle who got to lay a wreath on behalf of the Salvation Army and tower his grandfathers medals, proud for 3 of his grandchildren to see him lay the wreath and then accompany him inside St Pauls Church to see the poppy with my uncles grandfathers name on it, who sadly died in WW1.
