Remembering Them

I didn't make it to see the candles at the Tower of London. But I have just come back from a walk past Bancroft's school where they have got this very impressive display of poppies on their courtyard lawn around the war memorial.

As always I was moved by the ceremony at the Cenotaph and was heartened to see the president of Germany attending. Hopefully we move forward. Apart from Brexit- Don't go getting all political - Ed.
