Baking!!!

Last week I watched several episodes of THE GREAT BRITISH BAKING SHOW and now I have the baking bug again! Today I did a blueberry pie, lightly scented with lavender and holy basil ( tulsi) tea. I simmered the berries in peach nectar, used no
bottom crust and made a (frozen) puff pastry lattice top. It was tasty but needs refining.
