Birthday Cake

Tonight we went to a friend's 21st birthday party.

Our (not so) little one just didn't cope. There were balloons, which we have worked so hard to get used to over the last 15 years or so. Unfortunately tonight one burst and it was very loud. I had to take him home 15 minutes into the party. Fortunately A was home to look after him while I went back.

Our eldest was amazing. He danced and chatted all night.

The cake was amazing. I made sure I brought a piece home for tomorrow!
