For Remembrance.
From "In Flanders Fields"
"To you from failing hands we throw
The torch; be yours to hold it high.
If ye break faith with us who die
We shall not sleep, though poppies grow
In Flanders fields."
Some now say after a hundred years it is time to stop this remembrance stuff. I say it might be considered but not until a century has passed since the last soldier has gone to Valhalla.
Until then, there must never be any breaking of that faith nor any fashionable forgetfulness.
