Today we went for a walk in the south of Scotland.  It was lovely to be out, and the weather was very kind to us;   although not much sunshine, the rain stayed away until we had finished!  We walked by a beautiful river, with tumbling falls along it, and enjoyed the forest too with lots of lichen to see, no mushrooms though.  

There were stables nearby with lots of horses.  The one in my collage had mesh over his eyes, so that he could see out but he was protected, probably from flies we thought.

And home to a nice meal and 'Strictly'......
