Party Time

Parkrun this morning with a 23:34 finish. Really warm this morning which was a bonus although it was very muddy through the trail section.

Went for a weights session after parkrun then did some much needed odd jobs once back home.

Cleaned out the wee shed in the back garden, put away the BBQ (wasn’t even used this year), put away the garden furniture, cleaned out the garage, went to the tip and recycled the glass bottles.

L has gymnastics buddy A’s birthday party late pm (it’s a gymnastics party).

MrsT and popped to the shops.
