No Conscience

On the pavement, over yellow lines and outside a day nursery, I ask you!

I've given my opinion (in a calm way) to the driver of this vehicle before but to no avail it seems. Heaven forbid something happens to one of the toddlers or their parents as a result of their selfish, lazy behaviour.
