Red Rose

I went for a light run with a couple of short walks, this morning. I purchased new running shoes the same as I had, only to be told by Louise the Podiatrist I need the supportive model, so I swapped them. Louise had a look at me walking in Bare Feet and said I have a collapsed Arch Post in my left foot and believes it could be some unique injury,  something she referred to as A  G  E syndrome. It sounds something similar to the Optometrist telling me my eye sight deterioration was related to,  too many birthday's
