Flowers?

Shopping this evening noticed these bunch of flowers? There are some roses in there but the rest is cabbage tops (?), conifers and foliage. I know it’s festive but thought there would be more flowers in it.

Final arrangements in the making for AJ’s trip down, my cousin spoke with her today and she was a little muddled about the arrangements but I’m sure it will be ok in the end :)
