Faulty Dining

A local theatre group, the Dragonfly Theatre Company put on a Faulty Dining Show in the Tontine Hotel tonight. This was a hillarious show “in the style of” Fawlty Towers but adapted for a local Peebles audience and with lots of up to date jokes and references. The action took place between courses. The extras show Mr O’Reilly and Steve the Chef who were selling raffle tickets before the show started and Mr and Mrs Puke. The show raised over £1000 for alterations to the Eastgate Theatre, Thechimp’s tie came courtesy of Basil and Manuel who handed out loud ties to hand picked members of the audience before the action started
