Driving Home

We all departed LPH after breakfast this morning after a brilliant few days of photography and great company. After a quick drop off at Penrith station, I set off towards home but I dived off the M6 when the sun almost appeared and took this view from the A685 with strips of light through the valley. Then it was on to Ingleton to catch up with some very good friends Gary and Annette at their glass studio and gallery. They closed up the shop for lunch and we had a great pub lunch, lovely to see them. Back to the roads, it was time to tackle the M6/M42/M40 combination. Home just after 7pm, Chinese takeaway with Rosie and Annie this evening.
