Buzzcuts

The shrieks from the bathroom as Eve had her hair shorn right down will probably be louder than those from the fireworks display at Yester House that we are going along to later.

They are a matching couple now.

In other news, Mrs S had a chat with another Mr Smith about designing some slides for her London pitch. And I sent the gin proposal and the whisky proposal off into the ether. Then the time-share client leapt back into action, which will necessitate some awkward travelling. All good though.

And I made some spiced butternut squash soup to warm us up ahead of the firework display. These two had better wear hats, it's getting mighty chilly out there.
