Awesome new publications
South African birdwatchers have for many years had the privilege of excellent field guides.
Two long awaited new publications are now available, and birders all are once again amazed by the quality.
Chamberlain's LBJ's - A definitive guide to Southern Africa's Little Brown Jobs is a beautiful book, and includes more than 230 species of LBJ's which present a challenge for most birders.
Robert's Geographic Variation of Southern African Birds - A guide to the plumage variation of 613 bird races in southern Africa.
Both these publications will certainly provide many hours of interesting casual read and study in this household.
Looking forward to benefiting from both
