Hen Friends

I caught these two chooks wondering around the paddock together tonight. I really think they had been spying on the friendly cows yesterday, and decided it was pretty cool to have a friend! I love the look in those eyes - they don't actually look that friendly!

We've had another fine day, although had a cool easterly wind this afternoon. We are praying for rain, which is forecast for the next few days. The ground is very dry, and need rain to keep the grass gowing.
