After the storm

After last night's wild storm the poor Jacarandas look a bit worse for wear, but they have left a lovely carpet of purple( although I think to be correct it is blue, but looks purple to me) on the footpaths and nature strips. Due to the rainy day it was a bit hard to get the real vibrancy of the colour, but lovely just the same.
