Great Day!

I got Big Red (our 270,000 mile red Toyota truck that is now my sons to use around town) back to running normal with a new radiator. I ran for the first time in two weeks. I had a bad pain in the right knee for the first 1/4 mile and then it became tolerable. I had a lip lesion carved out of my bottom lip for biopsy. The doctor thought it could have been due to all the sun exposure that I have had the past 31 years of coaching.
