A trip to Northumberland today to meet up with my Mum and siblings as we started sorting out the family home with a view to selling it in spring. I was desperate to stop the car on the way down as the light was gorgeous on the trees...but I don’t think I’d have arrived this side of dusk! Sadly it was dark before I drove home.
