Surveying the sea-ne

We went straight from school to eat our lunch on the beach - Asha was desperate to go for a swim in the sea. Way too cold for me to contemplate it, and as you can see from the extra, Nate stayed wrapped up and on the shore. 
An unexpected and very welcome drink with a few friends early evening!! It was especially lovely!

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Asha being full of chatter on the way to school this morning.
2) My Dad and sister - their birthdays are today.
3) Bumping into a homeless friend who was on his way to a job!!! A few days work doing some painting and decorating!
