Birds and the Blue Mountains

Walking up the road from the village I got this view onto the White Mountains that coloured blue in the morning. Afterwards we drove onto another village to have more raki made at the local brewer  and spent all afternoon there waiting till the cooking and brewing was done.
When we left in the early eve and now that is in pitdark as sundown is before 6 in the eve, the dark was not the worry but the sudden rainpour was a splashdown and got me driving back with careful speed focussing on the white line on the road for seeing its curves... we got home safe and sound.

Today all who's named Michalis celebrates his nameday... and so does my eldest son today
