Whinlatter colours

Not a good day for photographs.  We went to Whinlatter and walked up to Lords Seat and Barf.

Half the day was walking through dense forest and the rest was in the blustery wind and rain.

This shot of the colours of pine and larch in Whinlatter was taken from Barf and is the best I can offer today.

Weather forecast for tomorrow is dreadful so I can't see us getting out on the fells.  Probably a shopping day :-(
