Apples!

One of the props I have to find for our next production is an apple tree, complete with apples. We have an artificial tree but I never realised it would be so difficult to find plastic apples to decorate it with! I have been to every craft shop, fancy goods shop and charity shop in a 20 mile radius to no avail. These two we already had in our props store but they won't exactly make the tree look overladen with fruit - they're not even the same colour!!
Hey ho! - guess I'll have to use real apples and hope they're not too heavy for the branches.
