Matisse and the Cone Sisters

Today Gina and I visited the art museum at Duke University to see the Matisse exhibit, on tour from the Baltimore Art Museum. The works were collected by two wealthy sisters in the first half of the 20th century, and hung in their adjoining apartments in Baltimore until they died. It's quite a collection and the exhibit was thoughtfully organized and displayed.
