Raindrops keep falling on my head

We have had rain most of the day, warm this morning and cooler this afternoon. The rain has been steady since 14:00 and is progressively getting a little heavier now. Another session with Mike the Chiropractor this afternoon, next time he asks me how I feel I might just say pretty good thanks Mike lol. What a work out I felt like I was going through some kind of Medieval Torture. I have a tear in the Hamstring insertion and Plantar  Fasciitis. Mike worked on my foot and ti understand the intensity, stand fully weight bearing barefoot on a Hockey ball and roll it the length of your foot and that would be about 1/2 of what I experienced. Who came up with the phrase no pain no gain. I have a long memory and Mike will be back at one of my coaching session in the near future :)
