Busy day. Half day off and cooked all morning. Chaired my own steering group at work- very challenging meeting with frustrated colleagues bringing issues that we don't have any power to sort out, and then refusing to shut up despite all my requests for support to help us keep to time and agreement that action needed to happen outside of the meeting to move things forward. Sigh.
Book group was at my house. Lovely to see everyone and food turned out better than last time- some dishes were delicious, others just ok. Not very photogenic though so am blipping this gorgeous flower arrangement bought for me by C
