Two good results today, first one, if you read my blip of 18 November, I have had a reply from Young's with a voucher, they thanked me for my letter and photo and the fact that I had gone to so much trouble to write such a precise letter with nutritional facts and figures.

The other one, I've blagged free meals on my flights to and from the UK with Monarch.
