Here's one I made earlier

Just have to blend the apple and parsnip a bit add cream low heat then serve to Lady H with crusty bread. She was having her regular lunch with the "schoolgirls" !!! so only one course for her. I went to lunchtime piano concert (Debussy) found the brolly I left last Wednesday ...thanks Jimmy the Merchants House caretaker .... no lunch for me so its salmon for me apres soup.
