Plainfield Rail Trail ....

It was another gorgeous Autumn day so we decided to take our walk at the Plainfield Rail Trail.

We were surprised to see that the heavy rains for Friday night and Saturday morning have washed away part of the trail!  There is a steep decline here that goes down to the creek.  The water must have been raging along the trail to have done this damage. 

I'm sure they will fix this quickly as the trail is used by a lot of people .... joggers and bicyclists as well as us walkers!
