Ro-Co-Castle
E wanted to see the Rococo Gardens at Painswick while the weather and autumn colours were holding out.
It's a fascinating mix of garden parts "designed in the 1740s as a fanciful pleasure garden". Everything from ornamental ponds and follies to great woodland walks with play areas and quirky bits; some 18th C, some, um, more recent. Great-looking maze.
It won't be a big surprise that this fellow ended up being the blip.
