To the capitol with the Prof today to attend the CHILDREN 1st lecture given by Kaye Adams. Excellent, thought provoking talk on children, young peoplel and the media. Met lots of old friends and colleagues from my days on the CHILDREN 1st Board. We had a late supper at Howie's. It felt good to be cut loose from the usual domestic, family and work demands - or maybe that feeling of euphoria had more to do with my unaccoustomed consumption of two glasses of red wine?
