Beside the sea

Had a fab night last night with our friends (neighbours) a good walk, watched the musical fountains, beer and a gorgeous Indian meal, a few cocktails sat at the bar in Bianco's. Love their Cocktail specialist guy, so talented and entertaining. Even made a bespoke cocktail for our friend who asked for something with Southern Comfort.....it was soooo nice!!

Needless to say slept really well.....didn't wake until 9ish this morning! After a cup of tea and a banana for breakfast we lounged in the morning sun, reading, as you do, for a couple of hours.

We had lunch in the sunrise bar on resort, chicken salad for me, club sandwich and fries for hub. A walk during the afternoon, a mosey around the Siam Shopping Mall, a pit stop for a coffee, then wandered down to the seafront.

Another stop, so hub could rest his knees, a cocktail this time, mojito for him and a dark&stormy for me! Took todays blip whilst we were sat in the Monkey Bar, sipping our cocktails ;-)

We decided to give it a go and walk back, its steep, all up hill, probably 30/40 mins in all....I was fine, but not a good idea for hub, wont be doing that again! His knees are giving him grief now so it will be a full on lazy day tomorrow me thinks.

Eating in tonight. Typing this whilst sat on the balcony watching the sun go down, so peaceful......
