Mirrors

Apart from making a loaf of bread and doing a bit of marking, spent most of the day reading due to absence of an internet connection since yesterday morning. (Waiting for new hub to arrive.....) Strange that when we were off grid up at Bamff for a couple of days it seemed like a treat, but at home it's strangely unsettling.

Malc had an extra evening off, so we met up in the bar that used to be the Alan Breck - it's had a makeover, been made slightly bigger, and is called Smoke and Mirrors. Quite pleasant to sit in, but at £5 per pint not somewhere we'll be going to v often!
