A good day's evening.

The garage phoned me this morning to say my car was, after six weeks of faffing about, ready to pick up. IT emailed to say that my new laptop would be repaired and with me this afternoon. Work was very busy but in a good way - the kind of way that pulls the team together.

Fiona's away to visit Effie - always for what might be the last time. This must be so emotionally draining for her. Samuel's away to band practice. Sarah's wrestling with Paradise Lost. I took Charlie to the local panto and snapped the above on the way home.

Surprised by the result. I'd like to work out how to take photos at night. A tripod would be a valuable asset here no doubt, and a better camera. Took a couple of photos of the moon but I think the clouds are moving too fast past it for anything sharp.
