a big canvas...

...and these grain silos are 35m! tall.

A Public Art project in WA launched a few years ago is now complete with grain silos from Northam (an hour or so from Perth) to Albany through six towns, painted by local artists and others from around the world.

A and I packed up the van (with hound!) and set off in search of these.
A mark on a map...yeah well.
Stopping to get route tips from roadworkers (well wouldn't they know?)
Well no as he said 'I turn my truck around there but haven't seen them!'(what 35m tall!)
Anyway.
Suddenly there they are.
And spectacular.
