Lime E Scooter

The electric scooters , called Lime Scooters, that have been introduced to Christchurch recently have had positive and negative reviews.

The novelty factor is still pretty high.
I haven’t been on one but Ella and her friend found one in the valley this afternoon and managed to have a good ride around.
Of course they are doing everything that you are not meant to do on it-
They are not over 18
They are not wearing helmets
They are riding tandem

But they had fun.

Do you know that the people who gather up the scooters every night and take them home to re- charge the batteries are called ‘Juicers’ !
