A trip to hear great flamenco in La Pena Buena Gente in the far right corner, followed by a paseo round the square and the stunning view of Jerez Cathedral, and in the foreground the local youths putting on their own Rap Wars show, for their mates, where aggression is channelled into competitive fun and away from gang warfare.
